This is my third Fitbit watch. And for a very long time I was considering whether to try something else (e.g. Samsung), but in the end I decided to go for Fitbit again and I have to say I don't regret it. Moving from my Fitbit Charge 3, I can see a big shift forward. The watch works smoothly and is very comfortable on the wrist. This is not a device that is overloaded with features that you will only use when you figure out what it's actually for. The Fibit is often accused of lacking GPS, but most of us use the phone for sports anyway, so I don't see this as a negative. The watch will make your day easier and help you keep an eye on your body.
A perfectly balanced combination between a smartwatch and a fitness bracelet. Whether in appearance or in function. Beautiful large display, great notifications, lots of apps and designs to download. Great integration with the Fitbit app and Fitbit Trainer, which really motivates you to move and rewards you for completing exercises and goals.
Personally, I've tried many different watches over the last few months - through Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung and several types of Garmin. There was something that bothered me about all of them, only with Fitbit satisfaction prevails the most. Maybe the lack of GPS is a bit of a bummer, but since I always have my iPhone with me, I don't miss it at all, and the routes are recorded with my phone and everything syncs properly.
In October 2018, I bought a Fitbit Versa, version 1.0. and I have an out-of-warranty experience I'd like to share.
I recommend reading this website before buying https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/home? language=en_US, where you can find reviews from the USA. More customers use Fitbit there and there is also the only (official) service there. (I didn't find any after-sales service in the Czech Republic. )
The language of the watch interface and the language of the mobile app are already translated into English.
